It only happens when AOO Calc is running on various Windows machines, and is unique to something related to AOO Calc. It doesn't happen with AOO Writer or any other software I run such as GIMP, or my Point of Sales software. I would be willing to believe that it's a Microsoft driver, Microsoft keyboard manager, or GTK issue, but then I would expect this same odd behavior with more software, especially with the other components of AOO. So, what exactly is happening in your case? When you run AOO Calc, you press the Calculator launch button on your keyboard, and your Calculator opens up another unfocused instance behind AOO Calc?
