Steps: 1. I wrote some sample text in bullet point list and highlighted it both using the mouse or using shift+arrow keys.(I tried both methods with the same results) 2. Then repeatedly pressing ctrl+u to underline some of the text. I failed to witness the bug reported here. I tried with several times for ~5 minutes (2-3 toggles per second) each time. I'm attaching a gif to briefly demonstrate the steps above. I suspect that either the subsequent changes since this original post fixed the problem or that the bug is only replicable in a very narrow set of conditions that I could not match. This problem, if this bug still exists, it doesn’t seem to be affecting many people.
