Freeze lines are shown ugly inside the comment area
Here are the steps to reproduce this issue:
1. In a cell, eg C1, insert a comment (preferably more than one line to make
the issue more distinctive)
2. Put a Split or a Freeze whose line(s) would overlap the comment.
In my example, I would select cell E2 and then enable Split or Freeze
3. Put the mouse curse on the cell to show the comment.
Split or Freeze lines will be shown above the comment as shown in the
attachment.
Note: sometimes, this is not only an aesthetic issue but also operational
issue:- it would hinder entering and editing of comment
