Where did you get the "OpenOffice Calc" program? That does not look like Apache OpenOffice at all. If you obtained the program from the Microsoft Office Store, from a publisher named "OpenOffice" that is not Apache OpenOffice but an imposter. The link to OpenOffice.org by that producer is not authorized and the Apache OpenOffice web site is not the web site of that producer, whoever it is. Please use the support link for so-called "OpenOffice Calc" on its Microsoft Store page. Then complain to Microsoft. You can do that on the Store page too.
