When saving from Microsoft Office Excel, use similar options. This will produce a CSV where all text cells, wherever they are located, whether in columns, rows, or specific cells, are distinguished by being quoted. With the options shown here, Microsoft Office Excel will open the CSV correctly without any interaction.
