I wanted to add some additional information about this bug from follow up
tests.  The number of columns does not appear matter and the minimum amount of
rows needed to recreate this crash is two rows.  Two rows is enough to split
the table up between two pages which appears to be the trigger for the crash. 
I tried a table with only 1 row and moving between pages did not trigger the
crash.
