--- Comment #2 from Theodore Matula <[email protected]> ---
I was successfully able to replicate this bug with this specific file. Here are
the steps I took to recreate it. One note I should make is that I kept mode of
my settings in Open Office as their default form installation

Version: AOO 4.1.2

Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel 17 2600k 3.4 Ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 770 (2gb VRam)
Monitor: Asus 24" Monitor

Testing File in Open Office:
1. Download the "easychair.docx" Attached to this report
2. Open the downloaded file in Open Office
3. Scroll to page 3. The image of the King on a chair will be left-aligned.

Expected Result: Image on page 3 is center-aligned.
Actual Result: Image on page 3 is left-aligned.

Testing File in Google Drive
1. Download the "easychair.docx" Attached to this report
2. In google Drive, Select the red "NEW" button on the left, then click File
Upload from the menu that appears under the "NEW" button.
3. Select the file you downloaded from this report
4. Open the newly made "easychair.docx" from the list of files under "My Drive"
by double clicking "easychair.docx"
3. Scroll to page 3. The image of the King on a chair will be center-aligned.

Expected Result: Image on page 3 is center-aligned.
Actual Result: Image on page 3 is center-aligned.
