I closed the document and went to my documents folder, right clicked and went to properties, at the bottom of the attributes, you will see that there is no checkmark in the read-only box. Please review the screenshot listed. This report was very similar to the one I selected, with little to no instructions, where this report had more instructions on how to replicate bug.
