Since installing AOO 4.1.2, saving docs often comes with an "AOO not
responding" issue rather frequently. Due to the fact I live in the sticks, I
don't have internet at home, and only have access at work.
I make and sell products online, so when I am home, I will write the product
descriptions to C&P when I am at work. Suddenly, saving them is difficult. This
has never been an issue before, but has become one with the new download. I go
to a lot of effort to write product descriptions, and then to loose them
because AOO won't respond, is becoming annoying. I often have 2 or 3 docs open
at the same time, and have started closing all but the one I am working on
thinking that might help, but it doesn't. I have let the program have up to 30
mins. to respond, but to no avail. I like AOO, and don't want to change to
another program, but am thinking about installing an older version.
I use a laptop with Win7, and run Avast antivirus, if that helps.
