I tried to open this in both Microsoft Word 2010 and Open Office 4.1.2 I should note that I most of my settings are default and in English, so maybe this has to do with some language settings or language packs? I'm thinking that maybe the issue is with the Russian Language of the file. Any further analysis would be helpful. Steps for Microsoft Word 2010: 1. Open a new document in Word 2010 2. Click File->Open 3.
