As explained in comment #1, smooth scroll does not currently work, so I did not use it in my tests. I had the same results as ebroom2014 got. Version: 4.2.0 AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1692551 Specs: OS: Windows 10 64-bit Processor: Intel 17 2600k 3.4 Ghz Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 770 (2gb VRam) RAM: 8 GB Monitor: Asus 24" Monitor Steps: 1. Open test document given in zip file in both AOO Writer and in Microsoft Word 2010 2. Scroll up and down in both AOO and Word 2010. The scrolling in AOO is less smooth than that of Word 2010. AOO's scrolling feels more "jumpy".
