When adding lines around a paragraph in the partagraph format dialog you can
only dicide where lines to set when you first open it, plus colour and
thickness. It should be possible also to set the distance from text
immediately. It is cumbersome to have to open the dialog-box a second time in
order to set the distances of the lines to the text.
