The issue is reproducing on my OO Writer, when using internal formulas.
Size is distorted randomly and the content is deleted.
My current solution is to copy all of my formulas to gedit and copy them back
once deleted.
I saw in #79302 that the solution should have been implemented on V3.0, when I
run 4.1.1.
