It's a programming language really. You don't translate Java or PHP libraries because you wouldn't be able to program in that mess. But someone at Microsoft decided it would be fun to translate functions in Excel and Open Office follows because it needs to to stay complaint. I do understand that... Anyway for me as a programmer I can easily find "ceiling". It's used in math many programming languages. But someone at Microsoft decided it would be fun to use "zaokr.w.górę" (it's like in French it would be something like "arron.au.supérieur"; note not using "arrondi" because "zaokr." is non-standard shortened version of "zaokrąglij"). It's not how you make an easy to use language...
