To reproduce the issue:
1. Create a new presentation (or open any old one)
2. Select any border
3. Set the Line Width to 1.97"
Expected result: The border does not overlap and does not extend out of the
slide. The border itself should be pushed deeper into the slide.
Actual result: It goes out
