A content.xml error should only occur on opening a document, not on saving a document. 2. Do you mean that documents you save cannot be opened because of (1) or do you mean something else? Please explain in more detail. Also, provide the complete "content.xml" error message. What is in the title of the dialog box, and all of the text. Finally, please report whether you are using tracked changes and annotations (comments) in your document or not. There is a defect related to content.xml error that is tied to tracked changes.
