Displays the error.
The vertical ruler digits are displayed in such a way that they lose the second
digit. See the attached PNG image, where the vertical ruler shows "6 7 8 9 1 1
1 1 1 1" and the second digit has been lost. This seems to affect the OS/2
version but not the MS Windows version.
