Monitoring the voltage curve of a car battery

In the attached file, when after inserting line cells (A3:I3), I make a copy of
cells A5:H6 to: A4:H4
In rubribrique "Format" sub-heading "Conditional Formatting" B4 cell formula
is:
SI($Feuille1.B4=PETITE.VALEUR(B$2:B27;1))
instead of :
SI($Feuille1.B4=PETITE.VALEUR(B$2:B29;1))
