Python on AOO 4.1.2 included a very outdated version of Python with known
security vulnerabilities.
I suggest it is updated to at version 2.7.8.
For this we should merge r1722635 to the AOO 413 branch.

Note that updating Python to version 2.7.12 would involve also updating
drastically OpenSSL so it is not convenient to consider it for a minor release.
