"tt" letters doesn't seem obvious to me. Do you mean when you type a word with "tt" found inside the word, such as "better" ? The attachment you have given also shows that VER_LANGUAGE=Allemand(Allemagne), "German(Germany)". Have you installed the German language version and applied a French language pack, or vice versa?
