Hi,
Installing A00 4.1.3 on MacOS 10.12, I met a new situation.
Launch install AOO.app by double click is possible instead of ctrl+click to
workaround the Gatekeeper, and opening of the first AOO window behind the
Finder window.
As a test, once OpenOffice.app + AOO and LibO profiles removed, I performed a
new install of 4.1.1 and observed the same.
