I know that the "gap to text" is usually set to a small value like 0.5mm or 1mm. The problem is that multipage sub documents spill differently at page ends when pulled into the master because the master page length has effectively been shortened by the incorrect gap. You cannot therefore rely on the sub document layout being maintained in the master. If an image anchor is in the spilled lines the effect is dramatic. Resolution: Ensure that the "gap to text TOP" value - 20mm here - is not used to create a gap between Page Top Margin and Border.
