This problem occurs when you have a document that contains so many sheets that
they cannot all be shown on the navigation panel at the bottom of the screen
and need to be scrolled through.
When you click on the |< < > >| buttons to scroll through the horizontal
list of sheets, often the click opens up a (useless!) context menu instead of
performing the scrolling action that you wanted. This can get annoying!
