In frameE.odt, click the frame, open it to edit it (~o>m); open tab Type; set
Anchor 'As character'; Position can be set with menu to 'Center' or 'Top' or…
OK.
Now, try this with frameF.odt, which was created under the French
version of OO_4.1.3: Position is greyed out, cannot be set. The same problem
occurs with the right (2/5) frame, which was added to the French document with
the English version of OO. It seems the defect is built into the French
document, since it appears under both the English and the French version of OO.
