McKenna <[email protected]> --- I cannot confirm a difference in page formatting between the 2 attached documents. They are the same document created in AOO 4.1.3 using a custom page style named Numbered Page. The only difference is that in the .doc format document when you inspect the page styles you will not find a distinct style named Numbered Page. What you will see is that the definition of the page style default is different between the 2 documents. This is because in Microsoft Word page formatting applies to the entire document and not to individual pages. It is a difference in design philosophy between Microsoft Word and Apache OpenOffice Writer. If you are seeing differences in the actual page formatting please attach a sample document in both odt and .doc format so that we can further diagnose if there is an actual bug.
