F7 performs a spell check. The suggested correct spellings field (tab to it or
press alt+s) does not read with the NVDA screen reader
(http://www.nvaccess.org/). Pressing NVDA+numpad 4 or NVDA+numpad 6 to move to
next or previous object will read each suggested word, although without moving
the focus (NVDA+shift+numpad minus doesn't move the focus within this box
either).
The arrow keys move the focus in this section of the spell check dialog,
however nothing is read.
