This is a summary of what is found as usable improvement for the Recent
Document Option:
1) How many Files are shown should be configure able in the Options
2) single entries from the List should have the ability to delete single
entries.
3) Files that are not available should be removed automaticly. (see 50042)
4) A config option to filter for Specialized Aplication only (i.e. Do not show
docs in Calc) -> see 8245
5) the filtered list should be reused in special cases with special filters
(i.e. when adding pictures, see 111031)
6) Certain Folders should be excluded from recent File notification (like temp,
see 56582)
7) Menu option on Mac should be Mac Guideline specific Bug 87563
8)Open Office does not place recent files in Gnome Integration. (see
73534,pretty Old needs to be checked if still allicable)
9) add Recent Documents in Quick starter : 106517 if this is still around...
(cant test...)
