The title says "cannot uninstall 4.1.2 to install 4.1.3" and the description below says "get report that files are corrupted". It is not clear that whether it happens during the process of uninstalling or installing. Also, the report doesn't explain the steps of uninstalling and installing the OpenOffice software, as there might be several ways to do the job. The report is also missing screenshots of messages that might be helpful to identify what causes the problem.
