1.Open OpenOffice and click on Writer.
2.In the bar menu, click on ‘insert’ section and go to ‘fields’ and select
‘others’.
3.In the Type box select User Field and in the format box select Text.
4.In the Name box type a name. E.g. hello, in the Value box type a value. E.g.
123
5.Click in the green Apply check-mark.
6.Observe that for both fields, the red Delete and the green Apply check-mark,
are both enabled.
7.Click insert button and check that the User Field is in the document.
8.Observe that the green check-mark is enabled but the res check-mark is not.
9.Repeat the step 4 with another name and value. E.g. Name: test Value: 567
10.Repeat the steps 5 and 6.
11.Click on the first name in the selection box. E.g. hello
12.Select and delete the name in the Name box.
13.Type the name of the second name in the selection box. E.g. test
14.Observe that the red Delete check-market is enabled.
15.Click in the red Delete check-mark.
16.The User Field is deleted from the Selection box.
