Build fails on line 611 of packedpixeliterator.hxx :

const int remainder( x(d.x) % num_intraword_positions );

Reported error : expression used as a function.

Changing to :

const int remainder( (x*(d.x)) % num_intraword_positions );

resolved the issue.
