Re-read what I wrote before. I CANNOT confirm this. I opened your odt version and saved it as a Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP .doc file and the links are all there and work correctly. If you cntl-click the link it takes you to the referenced web page. Since your operating system is Windows 10 as is mine I am setting this as not reproducible. If you must have a copy in .doc format you can download the one that I attached to the issue earlier.
