I can confirm your statements. Openening the Files will cause Open Office to dublicate content, while Libre is not doing the same. I think the root case is not Color or Line brake. It is an import error from the File causeing this behaviour. I checked with AOO 4.1.2 on Linux (Arch Linux), 4.1.3 on Windows (10).
