use open office database to run our office. have a database built . have been
using a hp8600 printer to print reports. just bought a new printer hp8740. the
reported will not print reports on new printer. they will print on the hp8600.
if i go to writer and print a saved letter it will print on the new hp8740
printer. i have set the hp8740 as the default and tried about everything i have
read on the internet but nothing works.
i can print from any program on the computer even open office until i try to
print a report in open office and then get a error message on the screen that
say printer can not print.
need help
