Since filing my initial report, I have discovered that the issue was caused by
the new default setting on the 'Export Text File' dialogue box of 'Save cell
content as shown' - with the check box filled/ticked, is the root cause of this
issue.
Removing this 'check' when saving prevents the issue arising. One day of
production lost.
What I cannot understand is why change this setting to a default? Who or what
benefits?
I've been saving ODS files as CSV's ready for upload to an application for some
eight years now and it has never been an issue - can you expalin please?
