See attached steps taken. After deselecting "select locked cells" in the
"Protect Sheet" dialog protection works as it should. After exiting out of Calc
and reopening the spreadsheet I can select protected cells. However, the cells
are protected and when clicking on them the message box "Protected Cells Cannot
Be Modified" pops up, which it should. So it's not a major issue but protected
cell selection setting is not working correctly.
