If I import my product table into OO Calc, the primary key columns (product_id,
product_variant_id) columns are missing there as well.

However, if I import into Excel 2016 using the same ODBC DSN, the data is all
present.

Thus, I do not believe this problem is due to any problems with sqlite or the
sqlite ODBC driver; rather, it appears to be specific to LibreOffice.
