In a text document I do Insert>Pictures>Scan>Request
The scanner interface appears and I accept the defaults.
"PreScan" shows the correct scanned image.
"Start" makes the scanner scan, but no image shows in the document.
Scanner is a Brother MFC-J480DW
Microsoft scan and fax works fine.
