Find the first revision that fails. I understand that it worked in 4.1.3, so somewhere between 4.1.3 and 4.1.4 there was a change that switched it from working to not working. What was that change? 2. Produce two files, one on a Mac and the other on a non-Mac, following exactly the same procedure. The resulting files should be close to identical.
