Could you test it using one of the builds from https://home.apache.org/~mseidel/AOO-builds/AOO-415-Dev/Full%20Installation/ and report the results? IMPORTANT: 4.1.5-dev is not a release. It is an experimental development build. Please use it only for testing, not for production work. Regardless of the results of this test, we need information on how to reproduce it, possibly including sample files.
