Just a little history There are dictionary dll on where my oo4.1.4 is stored C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\program dict_ja.dll and dict_za.dll I installed from this site https://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html This was installed several times to the above folder I downloaded it to this folder as well as a dictionary extension C:\Users\Quinn\Documents\webthings\2017\apaopenoff\try2 This is where I also downloaded a dictionary extension dict-en.oxt Still no dictionary.
