"A software bug is an error, flaw, failure or fault in a computer program or
system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to
behave in unintended ways." Software bug - Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_bug

The remove button doesn't remove faulty extensions, even if it is the fault of
the extension programmer, it's definitely a bug.

Also every other app I have that has a delete or remove button does that. I've
never seen a program with a remove button that can't remove things.

At least please add a message saying "Please delete user profile to reset and
delete all extensions if needed."

I wouldn't be here if I didn't believe this was a real bug. I posted for help
before coming here and many people like me also had the same problem without
any solutions.

If you don't want to fix anything I can understand but please also understand
you help file says:

Remove
Select the extension that you want to remove, and then click Remove.

This doesn't work so please add this "Please delete user profile to reset and
delete all extensions if needed." That way you don't have to even make anything
new.
