Firstly, I am not an experienced user and not computer literate. I have
received help from an experienced friend to retrieve many lost files but have
one left which seems to be the main issue. The options I have selected (above,
to report this issue, may or may not be correct).
I think I have a corrupted OO file as it won’t open on Open Office Windows 10
or Mac OSX10.
If I sent it to you would you be able to let me know what has happened and if
it is corrupted, the best way forward to retrieving anything and to continue my
record keeping.
NB - this file is on the spreadsheet App, but is not a spreadsheet as such,
just the easiest way of keeping on-going records for my own use.
