I am working in a 130 page document. Tonight my app has crashed 4 times while I
was changing the format of several paragraphs. I had 11 gigs of free RAM when
crashes occurred. There are no graphics, only footnotes, and hyperlinks. I am
using Times New Roman and all fonts have been validated as good. When crash
happens data is lost despite autosave set for 1 minute intervals. Those
formatting changes are lost and have to be redone.
I am running a brand new 27" 5k Retina iMac with 16 Gigs of RAM, an SSD and
macOS 10.13.3.
