Quite often highest value not picked by autoscale. Often need to override
autoscale to meet specific needs (for example to highlight data within a
specific range).
The manual override exists for some graphs but not for all. Makes no sense.
Autoscaling is good but not for every situation, providing a manual override
costs very little (because it exists).
