How didn't I realize of the message!!!! :( I am stubborn in think that the message was telling to me that I should store the document in /Documents folder when really it told me that I should save it in ODF file format. I didn't understand why this program didn't allow me to execute this action. I understand it now! I am not sure why I was insisting on that the message was telling me another thing what I understood. :/ The only excuse I was under a stress due to the urgent need to have the process.
