My OpenOffice program is version 4.1.5.
Whenever I select print, OpenOffice crashes. I then goes to the Recovery page,
recovers the data, then goes on to print when print is selected. Today, I had
many documents to print. Every time I pressed print, the program crashed and
went to recovery for 2 seconds, then presented an empty page so I could write
another paper. The recovery page went by so fast, I couldn't choose what I
wanted recovered and printed. There were 6 documents in recovery and none
would print. The last time, I opened one document and pressed the PRINT icon
instead of PRINT from the FILE list. It worked, but I had to do each doc
separately.
I am using an EPSON X-P 640 that is up-to-date with its programs.
I really like Open Office better than other programs I've used and I've used it
for over 10 years, but this problem is too irritating to continue for long.
Please fix this.
