Hi,

when I enter the value 1/4/18 (April First 2018, using Belgian format)
openoffice change the 1/4 into the quarter sign while I'm typing the secund '/'
sign.  It is impossible to enter this date.  My system uses Belgian date-format
Windows 10 and openoffice Dutch/Belgian 4.0.1.
