This is how this doc should look like.
When trying to open a MS Word 2013 docx in writer the table is missing. The
PDF shows how the doc should look like (printed from Word 2013). I just
realized that I cannot submit multiple documents in a bug submittal. I will
attach the .docx in a follow on reply.
