Operating system: Windows 10 Pro x64 Bit, VM Windows 8.1 Pro x64 Bit. Software version: OpenOffice 4.1.5 AOO415m1(Build:9789) - Rev. 1817496 2017-12-11 17:25 Steps used to reproduce: 1) Open OpenOffice and select Open. 2) Browse and select a .docx file. 3) Press Open in the modal. Expected result: A Filter Selection modal is displayed. Actual result: The file is opened without displaying a Filter Selection modal. Notes: The same test was performed several times with files of different sizes and different creation date. I also tried opening the File after choosing the Writer. I also saved the file as .odt and reopened it. I also changed the extension of the .odt file to .docx manually and opened it with open office.
