It appears that the Windows 7 and 10 (and others?) installation fails to install the DocBook filter(s). The user fix appears to be: 1. Run setup.exe from the Installation files 2. Select Modify 3. Expand Optional Components 4. Note that "XSLT Sample Filters" is marked with [X] saying it is not installed. 5. Remove the [X] by selecting "This feature and all sub-features will be installed on the local hard drive" 6. Start AOO.
